This 3-hour workshop helps you better understand:
- Traditional aspects of teams and how they work (or don't) in the virtual realm, including:
- Team work patterns
- Team development stages and processes
- Team communication and conflict
- Specific competencies for managing virtual and hybrid teams

This workshop is held virtually on Zoom.
Please note: This workshop may be broken into two, 90-minute sessions.

Base price: $550 (up to 5 participants)
An additional $75/person beyond that.
*If you have more than 25 participants, additional workshops are recommended.
