💼 Work Experience

Workshop Facilitator and Adjunct Professor

2023- present

I am transitioning away from being a traditional, full-time academic and toward a more entrepreneurial approach to training/learning. I teach online master's level courses, as well as offer virtual workshops for universities and organizations that speak to making work work for individuals and companies.

Associate Professor

2005 - 2023

As an academic, I taught Org Behavior, Leadership, and a variety of HR courses. I conducted scholarly research and participated in service, including advising student organizations and serving on a University Counsel.

International Educator

Over the course of my academic career, I was fortunate to teach in France and the UK, and act as a Visiting Professor in Ireland. These experiences were amazing and provided new perspectives to my teaching.
