This 4-hour workshop helps you better understand:
- Putting a new virtual team together
- Fundamental first steps for the virtual team
- Embracing "soft" skills: building trust and meaningful relationships in a virtual team
- Communication: balance, channels, and connections
- Meetings: making virtual meetings work, making them successful
- Assessment and maintaining accountability in virtual teams
- Time for assessment of your own virtual team!
This workshop is held virtually on Zoom.
Please note: This workshop may be broken into two, 120-minute sessions.

Base price: $550 (up to 5 participants)
An additional $75/person beyond that.
