- Advanced relationship and trust-building methods
- VT processes, meeting practices to enhance participation, attention, and engagement
- Developing a shared leadership and mentoring system in your virtual team
- Virtual evaluation and assessment
- Managing in a multiple VT environmental context
- Specific assessment and discussion of your unique VT situation
This workshop is held virtually on Zoom.
Please note: This workshop may be broken into two, 120-minute sessions.

Base price: $650 (up to 5 participants)
An additional $80/person beyond that.
